Mirrors is the thirteenth episode of Season 10.
When a woman awakens from a long term coma asking for Scully, the agent has to face her fear of the unknown in examining a potential second reality.
Summary[]
At the Altavista Medical Centre in Virginia, a nurse named Michelle checks in on one of her patients, Annabeth Sumner, who has been in a coma for 21 years. It is her 44th birthday and her family have once again failed to visit. As Michelle talks to Annabeth about television, and gives her one of her own necklaces as a birthday present, Annabeth appears to flex in her coma state. As Michelle goes to leave, she hears Annabeth speak out, and rushes over to her as she begins to wake up. Suddenly Annabeth becomes hysterical, going bolt up right and demanding to see Dana Scully.
